Originally established in 1996 as a specialty music store, Anteater Music has since expanded into all genres of music. We sell both new and used CD's & DVD's. Our mission statement is to always offer the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Our stock is sourced from only the most trusted worldwide suppliers, offering the best price, selection and service. We only sell original genuine pressings that retain their full resale value. We do not deal in cheap inferior pressings, CDR copies or bootlegs. At Anteater Music you can always purchase with 100% confidence. We pride ourselves on our speedy communication. When you shop with us you won't find any Auto-Response or Non-Response! What you will find is friendly personalized service, 24 hours a day. ORDERING
Items indicated as In Stock & Ready to Ship are despatched from our store within 24 hours. Items in stock with our suppliers are usually shipped within 48 hours. Shipping estimates in our item descriptions have been kindly provided by our suppliers. Please use those as a guide only.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE ORDERING BY PHONE OR BY DIRECT E MAIL TO US. ALL ITEMS WILL HAVE TO BE PAID FOR, EITHER THROUGH GEMM OR PAY PAL.
BACKORDERING
Most items indicated as backordered are usually ready to ship from our store anywhere between 7 to 21 business days. Some items are quite rare and difficult to obtain so please be patient and we promise we will always keep you updated. Over 90% of our backorders are fulfilled. (Please check out our shipping section for more information).
PRE-ORDER
Items indicated as Pre-Order refers to future new releases. By Pre-Ordering there is the opportunity of securing an advance or First Press copy. Sometimes new releases are very popular and sell out quickly, by Pre-Ordering you will be securing a copy. (Please note that Advance and First Pressings are very limited in supply and are not always available).
SHIPPING & PACKAGING
We know shipping costs are important to you; we always keep our costs to a minimum so that we can pass the savings on to you, the customer. We use Airmail, Airmail Insured or Express Courier Worldwide. Valuable orders can only be shipped via Express Courier, which includes insurance. Where possible we will always try and combine open orders to save on shipping. All shipments are sent in quality bubble wrap envelopes. Extra care is taken with Paper Sleeve Editions & Boxed Sets.
